Do you offer virtual sessions?Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. Virtual sessions can be a convenient option for those with busy schedules or who prefer the comfort of their own space.

What is a good faith estimate?A good faith estimate is a document that provides an estimate of the costs you might incur for therapy services. This is intended to help you understand the potential financial commitment involved. I am happy to provide a good faith estimate upon request.

What types of therapy do you offer?At Brave You Therapy, we offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Family Based Treatment (FBT), and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). We also offer specialized group therapies such as Movement and Body Image Therapy, Improv Therapy, and DBT Skills Training.

How long will therapy last?The duration of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients may find resolution in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support. We will regularly review your progress and adjust the frequency and length of sessions as needed.

How long is a session?Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Group therapy sessions are 90-120 minutes, depending on the group.

What is your cancellation policy?There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If a client cannot make a session and fails to cancel within this timeframe, they will be charged the full session rate.

We believe in the beauty of authenticity and the importance of being brave enough to share one's voice. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and work towards their personal goals.

Do you accept insurance? How much are your rates?Yes, I do accept insurance. I am contracted with a select number of insurance providers and have a limited number of spots available for insurance-based appointments. For those with other insurance plans, I also offer super bills, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Private pay rates are below: Individual therapy sessions: $195 for a 50-minute session Couples therapy sessions: $220 for a 90-minute session Group therapy sessions: $45 per session
